DESCRIPTION
PRODUCT FOR CLEANING CONCRETE EQUIPMENT
CONCRETE BLASTER is a liquid that has the ability to remove spilled and hardened concrete on tools and equipment. It is designed to eliminate the need to pick or chisel away hardened concrete on top of equipment. CONCRETE BLASTER has the unique advantages of being biodegradable, non-hazardous and non-corrosive.
MAIN APPLICATIONS
- Mixer trucks.
- vibrating rules.
- Formwork for concrete.
- Transportation equipment.
- Concrete trowels.
- You rub.
- Concrete and mortar mixers.
- Other equipment for concrete pouring.
FEATURES/BENEFITS
- Ready to use, no mixing is required.
- Biodegradable.
- Not dangerous, easy to handle.
- Non-corrosive.
- Will not damage paint, rubber or chrome when used as directed.
- It reduces the costs related to the destruction to blows with pots or pickaxes.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION
CONCRETE BLASTER is a clear liquid. When applied over concrete it will foam slightly CONCRETE BLASTER will not affect the appearance of typical equipment used in the concrete industry
COVERAGE
Approximately 3 gal. (11 4 liters) of CONCRETE BLASTER will be required to clean the typical rear exterior of a mix truck. This assumes an average concrete thickness of 13 mm.
CONTAINER
CONCRETE BLASTER is packaged in 55 gal. and 5 gal. pails.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Surface Preparation – CONCRETE BLASTER works best when applied to dry concrete. CONCRETE BLASTER comes ready to use, no pre-mixing is required. Do not thin. Apply with a brush. The concrete surface must be saturated with the product. Leave CONCRETE BLASTER in the concrete until the cement matrix is soft to the touch. The minimum recommended time is 20 minutes but old or very thick concrete will require overnight reaction. The product will continue to soften the cement matrix even after the foam action has subsided.
After the concrete has softened, apply an additional coat. Let it sit on the surface for about 10 minutes; remove the concrete with a putty knife or brush. Subsequent applications may be necessary. The final application is removed by jet washing.
If you treated the concrete the night before, apply CONCRETE BLASTER the next morning and finish as previously explained.
PRECAUTIONS/LIMITATIONS
- Although CONCRETE BLASTER is a safe product to use, always wear protective clothing (rubber gloves, eye shield, etc.
- Do not dilute or its effectiveness will be greatly diminished.
- The concrete surface must be dry
- CONCRETE BLASTER reduces effectiveness in cold weather.
- Protect concrete floors.
