REINFORCEMENT FIBERS FOR CONCRETE AND MORTAR

APP
FIBRAS CONFIBER comes in degradable covers that are applied at a rate of 1.32 Lbs. per cubic meter of concrete. It can be applied in the plant during the loading operation or on the job with mixing an additional 4 to 5 minutes at mix speed. We recommend applying it at the plant to avoid slump reduction and other problems that excessive mixing brings.
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
CONFIBER FIBERS controls the formation of cracks due to plastic shrinkage, increasing the resistance to bending while the mixture is in its plastic state. This condition prevents the formation of wide cracks that normally form during the plastic shrinkage stage. The fibers evenly distribute plastic shrinkage under direct or flexural loads.
